Today, we’ll see the new feature “Timeline Highlights” offered by Microsoft.

This “Timeline Highlights” function is a part of Copilot that focuses on summarizing activities and interactions over a period. Imagine you have a long list of emails, meetings, and tasks from the past week. Instead of going through each one, “Timeline Highlights” gives you a quick summary of the most important points.

Let’s follow below steps:

• In the new updates you will get already get this feature enabled.
• If in case, you are not able to get this in your app.
•  Go to https://make.powerapps.com.
• Sign into power apps.
• Click on “Apps” from the left navigation panel.
• And open your Model Driven App in edit mode.
• Now go to the “Settings”, you will find “Enable Timeline Highlights” under the features section of setting.

• Scroll down and click on save.
• Now open your Model-Driven App, here we are using Sales Hub.
• You will get this feature enabled in your timeline.

Utilizing Copilot for timeline activities brings multiple advantages.

• Streamlining: Copilot condenses the essential elements of timeline activities, enabling quick updates on crucial points without manual review of every item.
• Efficiency: Highlights crafted by Copilot eliminate the need to comb through lengthy records, freeing up time for more important work.
